The representative first floor and site plan indicates the position of the functions of the first level. With access directly from Boylston street for the residential and exhibit spaces off Bolyston Street to the south a direct entry and a water feature will be available immediately to the left of the front door.
My water feature would be a water wall which would provide aeration of the collected potable water collected from clean sources on the building. This would cascade down shingle positioned glass layers and provide a "white" noise for Lobby spaces. Miscellaneous planing would be visible through the window from the Boylston street sidewalk.
