The use of environmental safe panels with a Secondary Screen system provides a more attractive cladding to the exterior of the skin. The challenge here is to provide a exterior system that does not overpower the viewer with technical images and techniques that loose currency in the visual pattern of the neighborhood. The window system is the most important part of the south facing envelope. Through the glass and window system the building takes it own style rather than rely on the forms of the past.
In short, by not using individual openings but providing bans of materials in a patterned form it will bring scale to the street.

The Clad panels are the Trespa System as shown with the examples. My elevatons will reveal that these panels will have a size that reflects the "rythem" of the pattern of the plaza , and the neighborhood below.Usually found in paint, carpet , furniture and interior products, especially with dark pigment coloring.
Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are organic chemical compounds that have high enough vapour pressures under normal conditions to significantly vaporize and enter the atmosphere.
