Typical Room in a Typical Suite

Typical Student room with the "Green" Balcony. By having a green roof example outside each of the rooms it provides a teaching example for students to monitor and "participate" in the internalizing of a live experiment.

Tom, the interior rendering is closer to a useful architectural drawing, than the elevation. It is a good mix between eluding to the feel of the space and explaining how it works. I would appreciate if it could become even more architectural – less book illustration. The adjustable(?) shades could show the solar angle cut-offs (winter, summer), the planter could indicate irrigation, plants, drainage, the floor and ceiling assembly could explain the materiality. Structural members could be added. The ductwork could receive at least a label to explain what it belongs to, where air is moved from and to, et cetera. Get the most out of your drawings, load them up with illustrations of as many systems as possible. Expand on it; show the circulation space, the ventilation tower on the inside, common areas, the relationship to the north wall.
