This view of the solar controls used on the south walls of Peabody Terrace (on the right)will be an item for the south facing rooms in my design. They allow breezes to flow from the south and penetrate the length of the units which extend the entire depth of the building. This particular feature is similar to my design which will allow a similar airflow with a vertical shaft exhausting the air which is generated by the stack effect.
