Elevations North andSouth

The Above elevations continues the concept started in the intensive.
On the South Elevation- Variable pivoting louvers which gives each resident a control over their living space on the second and third floors above the green balconies. The Trombe block wall has clear glass windows for observation.
On the North Elevation - Double wall Trespa system with meteon Panels on 1" channel set at a pattern which replicates the buildings on the south side of Boylston Street and the pattern of the plaza in front of the building. This panel system would be attach to a reinforced masonry wall.

Tom, I like your general compostion and the material selection. You clearly hav ea good grasp of what openings to chose based on solar orientation, incl. shading devices. With the differentiation of the different sides of the building there is a danger to loose the continuity around the corner. Please think about how the trespa panels are turning the corner (detail). Are you trying to express the skin as series of planes that express their "thinness" at the corners, or will the panels turn the corner to try to express the building as a volume? Are the east and west walls extending the vocabulary of the north wall (solid) or are arranged in a similar grid as the south wall? If the later, what are the shading devices? If the former, how does the solid translate into the open grid?
