The Figure at the left represents the floor plan of student rooms. All south facing units will have a balcony with adjustable lovers for sun control. The two rooms which face towards the east will have views of the green roof. The interstitial space between the green roofed areas are for rainwater collection systems with storage in the basement. Excessive runoff will be diverted to the north side of the site.
Again the structure of the third floor shows the columns which align with first and second floor. Because bundling of the plumbing fixtures fewer shafts will feed directly to a humus production . The 2' space between ceiling and floor will allow for graywater . The composting toilet shafts will feed directly into the basement composter will be located in angled areas at wall intersections.

Tom, Some funkyness, but quite O.K., you have good proportions for most spaces. stairs are a bit tricky to build: trapezoidal treads?
Tell me more about the storage and the shaft in the back. Why are they placed so prominently? What is the purpose of the shaft? Please explain in a section.

Thank you for your comments. It keeps us on tract to pay attention to the quality detail issues that is so very important! You have very insightful coments!
The vertical shaft at the back is for return air to the vertical stack shown on elevation. Holes in the slab in different floor location will keep ventilated air moving horizontally and be used for fresh air. I promise a more complete section.
