The Above elevations continues the concept started in the intensive.
On the South Elevation- Variable pivoting louvers which gives each resident a control over their living space on the second and third floors above the green balconies. The Trombe block wall has clear glass windows for observation.
On the North Elevation - Double wall Trespa system with meteon Panels on 1" channel set at a pattern which replicates the buildings on the south side of Boylston Street and the pattern of the plaza in front of the building. This panel system would be attach to a reinforced masonry wall.
