Modernism
Public building on the St. John's River in Jacksonville, Florida in front of the Florida Regional Service Center the Garage (above). Built to stimulate and encourage development along the river front. This semi-brutal river elevation has lived up to the task of anchoring development. It is now tied to a major hotel to the east.
The architect was William Morgan of Jacksonville.
