A new museum intended to create an art district in the heart of downtown Charlotte, North Carolina

New NASCAR Museum in Charlotte, N.C.- O.K. so I left out the most important building in Charlotte for you NASCAR Fans. It is nearing completion. PCF did a wonderful job meeting the corner and turning it into a theme--of course they know that. For $180 million maybe we could build a few new schools (oops!). It will be part of bread and circuses for this lovely southern gem of a city.
