Comprehensive Site Plan

The revised total site plan contains the new element of water. Access to below ground deliveries and parking for electric cars is from Ipswich Street. The footprint of the school is relative small in that public and display, performance and cafe space is on the first floor the secure upper floors will give views and have a modest barrier to the traffic on the north side of the site. It must also be mentioned that the retaining wall for the MBTA line to the north east of the site will have a five foot high cap for dampening noise for any function which may happen in the outside plaza area. Continued tree line formation to the west is important to keep this site neighborhood friendly.

I have a rendering which is a photo of my model pasted to the site photograph but am holding out to do a final model.

Tom, your drawings are generally very vague and non-committal and therefore difficult to interpret. If you take a tree out, it would be nice to erase it from the file, If you call out a 24” high berm in two places on the drawing I have to assume it is a continuous berm parallel to the existing side walk. Please be more precise and these misinterpretations will disappear.
